Cancellation Policy

Welcome! Thanks for joining the family! We are always excited to gain new clients. New clients will be asked to send in a picture of their desired style and a picture of the current state of their hair. Please feel free to send in a small description of any areas of concern prior to your appointment time. Please understand we have a no refund policy so your participation and cooperation are greatly appreciated. All services come with a Simple Shampoo. All additional services desired or required will have needed to be booked prior to the appointment. all prices are subject to change based on the individual needs of the client in order to achieve the desired style. All clients will be charged in full at the time of booking. If payment is not received or can not be collected, no appointment will be confirmed and the client will be placed on a blocklist until the payment issue is resolved. At Crowned Purpose INC, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked. Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
